Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot allow the cancellation of a personalized item after 24-hours from the date and time of order. Immediately after purchase, the order enters our manufacturing queue and production begins. There will be no refunds and no exceptions to this rule. You may call 1-888-439-2010 to confirm.

At Metal Signs Canada, your satisfaction is our number one priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order please contact us directly. We can be reached via email at contact@metalsignscanada.com or by phone, 1-888-439-2010. We will do whatever we can to replace your piece and ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds for orders are only considered on a case by case basis. All returns require the customer to ship the item back to us at their cost. Our mailing address is: 45 Otonabee Dr, Unit C, Kitchener, Ontario, N2C 1L7. When the sign has been received, a refund will be processed back through the original payment method.

Please note: All custom orders are non-refundable. If for whatever reason the order is cancelled after the design work has been finished, Metal Signs Canada may retain a $40 deposit for the services rendered.
